Awesome, and always happy to help even at this time of night It also always helps to actually plug the JB4 into the PnP harness

Do you have access to the instructions? Otherwise, take everything off as said above.

There is nothing any of us can do to help you; it almost always comes down to the user (you) plugging in something backwards or incorrectly. If it had started and threw codes, that can help as we could tell which connector is improperly installed/clipped in.
sorry about earlier i was a bit angry

yeah man i dont think i would have created a thread for this though. Things like this you either email Terry (copy Mike) or call them.

I was on my way to applebees with my wife and kid in the car... cruising 65mph the whole way in 20deg weather when i wanted to pass a car. Slightly accelarating and all of a sudden i got the reduced power light - wife goes..."oh my god your car is broken already????" So we get to the restaurant and i drop them off while i sit in the parking lot hooking the can tool up and reading my codes while making a video on my iphone4 to email it directly to terry and mike. This was like 7pm on a friday night and Terry responds with what the code was and after a few back and forths about what happend he sends me an update before i got done my dinner...

So the next day i updated the firmware and all is great - better than before but i guess the point of my story is that its sometimes easier to go directly to the source rather than rambling on in a thread when you need support right away. I know i didn't really need it but it was such great service that I have full confidence that they will reply back if its an emergency.

Good you got it working. It took me almost 3 hrs when I first installed the Procede. Now it just takes me 25-35min to do. Once you get used to it, its a piece of cake.

Damn... too bad the OP's pictures didn't show the end of the pigtail just laying there with nothing connected... I would have LOVED to read those comments....

Keep mikes email or terrys on hand. Guys here are relentless and sometimes forget what it was like when they did their first install.

PM guys that look like they want to help, posting issues is asking for crap. You'll be amazed how guys will badger you 2 years from now with ... "wasn't this the guy that plugged up to the wrong sub connector??" Always search for your issue before posting and anything JB related needs to go to mike or terry or a vendor responsible for the sale. Posting tech support on the tune itself is frowned upon.

Now.... that your car is running, no codes..... wasn't it worth the effort?

BTW... I have made most of the mistakes that can be made when it comes to tunning.... I have learned the hard way and I am in no way an expert, however, I am very patient and would be happy to consult with you anytime. Just use PM please
