The car was repossessed by the bank. I am waiting to see the title and doing carfax on it. An interesting thing is, I wasn't the only one who was bidding on the car lol. There were like 2 or 3 people besides me.

maybe this L300 was the FIRST L300 saturn produced and let it sit on the dyno for 4 years straight to see how long it would run for.

thats probably the situation.

and then, they threw it in reverse ferris bueller style to get the miles off and then when that didnt work they just sent it to auction

The car was repossessed by the bank, I can't tell for sure what had happened. I have the diagnostic tool that I can use to check and see if there is a problem with ECU or BCM and correct the mileage accordingly.
I used to laugh when my dealer friends used to tell me these kind of stories. I've always thought that you must be a retard to bid and buy a different car lol. I overestimated my potential lol Plust I learned my lesson never multi task

it's worth mentioning, I'm sure you already realize this. But adjusting the mileage won't do much, even on the title itsel (I think) it will have the 600k figure on it, when you go to sell it.
