oh btw, i FINALLY actually clicked on that link that astra put in the first post and realised what this thread is about!
 when the guy installed my screen in m MINI all he had to do was connect the wire that makes the screen not work when the car is in motion to a 'ground' to fool it into thinking that the hand brake is on the 'ground' is basically just any random metal bit of the car and so it plays dvds and stuff while the car is in motion... shh dun tell anyone though hahahaha nar everyone does it - he went through this whole thing abt if the cops find out i had to tell them that it wasn't his fault and that i was aware that it is illegal and can't blame him by saying he did it without my knowledge haha
