I was told that 15mm spacers would make the wheels sit nicely in the wheel well, so I ordered the spacers at the same time I ordered the wheels and tires (the tire info is in my sig). The rubbing is not that bad or often, but would be if I lowered the car. I can live with it the way it is now. I understand that the available space on the E90 is different from the E92, so I suggest you install your new wheels first and then decide if you need spacers or not. FYI: I had my wheels replaced at a Martino Tire for $20 with the spacers and all (saved me the time and effort to do it myself ) Good luck. Post some pictures once you have them on.

I highly recommend the kit. It was a pain to get someone to install it, though, and the shop that did said they won't do it again
FYI: I got the kit from Pines BMW for retail ($1,250) - 10%. If a shop buys it they get 20% off. Good luck!

Very rare to be rolling in M-Sport parts in the US. Makes it one of a kind.

Looks great, but that is not the aero kit--that's the m-sport kit.

Looking sweet man. You know you have the exacy look (including the rims, minus the front bumper) that I am looking for my AW. I really love the rear bumper, and I have been trying to save up enough money one of those. Man I am so jealous of you!!!

Enjoy!!!

Thanks for all the comments. I am very happy with the car. Just can't wait to get my PROcede installed... and whatever comes up next

No. Actually it is called the "M Aerodynamic Kit", BMW's part No. 51 95 0 409 692 (with park distance control), as per BMW's 3-series Original BMW Accessories catalog I ordered it from.

Then you were shipped the incorrect kit I believe. Compare these "official" threads and you'll see what I mean.

M-sport kit (which is on your car) http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35579

Aero kit. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=23186

Oh, I see. You are looking at the coupe's kits, not the sedan's. Anyway, I believe the kit shown in those pics is only available in Europe so far, or is coming out in March in Europe. The current 3-series accessories catalog only has one kit, which is the "M Aerodynamic Kit", and it pretty much looks the same for E90 and E92, and is the one I have installed.

Interesting, because for the coupe it is called the aero kit. The one on your car is called the sport kit.

I don't know where you get that my kit is called the "Sport Kit". As per the catalog, which I have in front of me, this is what they have (I quote):
"M Aerodynamic Kit - 3 Series Sedan" (page 5, item A)
"Aerodynamic Kit - 3 Series Coupe" (page 9, item A)

I purchased and got the first one which, according to the picture in the catalog, looks exactly like the one in my car, minus the CF splitters, which I did not buy

Great looking car. Love the kit, wheels and tint! I was looking to do the same size CSL reps on my xi. Since I don't have the sport suspension, anyone know if I'd have less, or no rubbing. I'm hoping to be able to swap sets for winter and summer without issue.

Beautiful, I've been waiting for someone to post good pics of an AW E90 with the M-sport bodykit

Edit: Those black flecks on the front bumper aren't chips are they?

Thanks! No. They are not chips, just dirt. The car was dirty.

I almost wish I hadn't seen those pictures. Now I want the aero kit as well. There is no cure. Great photography, by the way.
