Sharp looking car!! Did you get to take it for a spin? Bet that torque is nice for some of those hills in Seattle. (Been there a lot over last few years so getting to know seattle pretty well.)

You going to get a spare tire for your car since you're no longer on runflats? or a tire sealant kit thing? I've driven my friend's 335d with sport and the Bridgestone RFTs, and they're not bad, but don't have an older model to compare with. My car seemed fine in Europe, but their roads were much better there than it is here. No potholes for the 600 miles we drove!

Hey aljlin,

Thanks for the comments. I have taken this torque filled monster for a number of drives so far. Love it, handles, I can break the tires loose, and its fun. I do miss the tail pipe tone of my 335xi but I am sure that will wane.

Not to hijack the thread here, but I use the conti comfort tire kit in case of a flat using standard tires. The runflats are heavy, and pull all the time and especially when in water, or on bumpy roads. Not to mention they last 15K or 20K miles and are really expensive to replace ($400 a tire). I bought a complete set of Michelins and wheels from tirerack for my 335xi that fit on my 335d. The drive is night and day. Runflats stink..they will sit in my garage until I do the lease return.

Hey HMan,

There were not very many of us on the grand legacy posting here. As far as I know, everyone has taken delivery already. What is an engine update? Do you know?
