I'm going a different route and painting my interior trim. Based on what I see though you can't go wrong with either the CF or Brushed Steel.

got balls if you are painting them your self. painting is PITA because it never comes out even. on top of that clear coating then sanding to shine is a another story.

http://www.bestblanks.com/3msignvinyl.html#1441

their prices are a bit higher than what i am used to but not bad for what these are.

3M 680 Flexible - 7 Year - Reflective Graphic Film i believe thats what i got.

Painting really isn't that hard.....it just requires patience.

Sand, prime, color, clear.....leave ample drying times in between and applying light coats and you'll have a professional looking piece.

More pictures of that gloss black wrap if you get the chance, please. I'm debating doing the same thing over my wood trim in my cream beige interior.

just finished my center consol and dash last night i will post some pics when i get home tonight.

and if anyone is trying or thinking about doing this mod... make sure you have ENOUGH time. ENOUGH material.

its harder than it seems... because the material is so flimsy and small mistakes dont hide well either.

Finished it today. Looks pretty good but it definitely isn't perfect. I'll most likely be doing the CF Fabric to cover over everything but for now it looks alright. I did the pieces in Sonic Blue (ford color) and it matches pretty well with the Montego Blue.

So how much of a PITA is the factory trim to remove so we can wrap them in the vinyl?
