Guy was definitely running a tune. 400lbs is a lot but your tune makes up for it and more.

Check dragtimes and see that best for e93 in a more or less FBO setup is smth like 12.7 so not bad also for my car as example

so for just jb4 and intake ( i wouldnt even consider intake as perf mod ) the e90 might be stock, why nobody can accept that. I keep loosing each time racing with a friend e90's FBO+meth and now i am FBO+meth and in addition I have upgraded turbos, LSD, some weight reduction. 50-250 4-5 CL, 50-250 2 pass in e90 2-3 CL, ok I know we were running like 15 psi, situation might change for higher boost as upgraded turbos will deliver higher and more consistent power, but also OP doesnt use more than 13-14 psi I'd say.

Interesting to know is octane and map used by OP on that run

+1 I've accepted it. I've raced my E93 AT with JB3 Map 7 + FBO (no meth) OCT 94 against my friend with E90 AT running JB3 Map 3 + DCI OCT 94, both DCT/DSC completely off from dead start. If both of us had good even start by the time we hit 160 Km/h he would be at least 1-2 cars ahead of me. ~400 lbs additional weight is a boat anchor.
