It costs a lot more to install suspension in Alberta Canada, thats why the big difference is there!

I thought about running Dinan springs, however I'm happy with my current ride height after the drop, I don't want that to change!

Will half way between the hardest setting and softest setting be to harsh? I read that Koni yellows are superb right in between.

I finally read somewhere, someone had advised to set rear shocks half way between hard and stiff, and front struts 2/3rd stiff. Is this the best set up?

Why would you adjust the front stiffer then the rear, is this to compensate for the engine??

Any advise would be great! Thanks guys.

Rear a bit stiffer than the front. Stiff front I think can lead to understeer.

You probably already know this but at a 2.5" drop you were in bump travel. Another issue with going overly low is that you you compromise the suspension geometry designed by BMW and get into a situation where you are inducing more positive camber in the front under compression. You also get a lot less mechanical grip when you are too low, partly due to the camber issue but also the angle of your lower links.

I think you did the perfect thing by going with Dinan. Someone said "stiffer isn't always better". I'll go one further, it is rarely better. They also suggested going with standard Dinan suggestions: I completely agree. Dinan is expensive but they tune their suspension to be a perfect balance between handling and comfort.

Will the Dinan setting me stiff enough for my 2.5" drop on HR Sport springs? I'm not getting the Dinan springs, just everything else.

Once again, anybody have pointers on how to adjust the Dinan shocks?
