My work shirts are all dry cleaned and come back on wire hangers but my casual shirts (that aren't folded in a drawer) are on wood or plastic.

Nearly everyone makes non-iron dress shirts that can simply be machine washed with like colors...maybe something to consider. I have the Brooks Brothers slim-fit and they are excellent.

I've owned non-iron shirts in the past and they just do not look as nice as when they're pressed professionally. My shirts are custom made now and must be pressed. I pay $1.75/shirt so for the price of one extra lunch each week, I get them professionally cleaned and pressed and they look fantastic.

Fair enough. Perhaps the technology has progressed, but no complaints from mine (provided I hang them up when they're still warm)
