i'm pretty sure you can go to a local court when you plead not guilty. i've done this several times and the cops never show up so they give you a local court.

you pay the 50$ court fee and you leave. i'd call first to verify obviously...

damn 33 tickets? I feel innocent..Ive managed to get out of almost every one of them, aside from the damn highway patrol in Nassau that went out of his way to write me 7 tickets because I was driving the work truck.

I fought it for 2 and a half years, kept rescheduling, delay delay delay...it would have been 12 points, 3000 in fines plus loss of drivers license for a year, then paying the driver assessment fee to hand in my license, pay it every 6 months, then pay it again to get my license back, then pay it once year for 2 years after that...Nassau County REALLY tries to fuck you, dont ever lose your license in Nassau.

I paid a lawyer $1000, he turned around and got it all dropped to 400 bucks and no points, all parking violations. That was the best day of my life.
