Mounted finally. Flat black on the sides, Sparkling Graphite in the center.

Even though the spoiler has indentations to accommodate the thickness of the 2 sided tape, the tape still holds it off the car slightly more than with no tape. IE: It's not as tight as when fitting with no tape.

good job with the paint..

but not a fan of the flat black sides, just looks like unpainted/unfinished splitters on the car.

I got the paint from Paintscratch.com. I think the match is dead on. It changes colors in all the same ways and shades the SG does. FYI-The clear they provided was a can Dupli-color Professional. You might get it cheaper on your own, rather than from PS.

Where'd you get the lip from? And does it really just stick on w/ tape or do you need to drill holes?

There are several places to get the OEM part. Turner, **********s, OEMParts, etc.

There are holes for existing screws shared by the front bumper under the spoiler. And yes the top parts are held on by double sided 3M tape, or BMW has an adhesive.

Looks unfinished with the flat black on the sides, maybe because it's still "primered" and not really painted flat black. I'm thinkin about putting some black vinyl on my painted lip (parts of the side) like this:

Paint the whole thing and do that ^, I think it would look alot better.
