I've also got the preset station screen issue. I tried talking to Sirius support and all they could do was send the reactivation signal, which of course did nothing.
Funny thing was my presets were working after the update for the morning commute. I came out after work today and the preset issue was there. |

I called too. "Sirius Support" was seriously useless. Glad my car is still under warranty...

Same problem here too...but not enough time to speak with the carbon-based units at Sirius. Maybe I'll give it another day...
I was thinking about a new 335is....

Well, my 40 minute commute each way to work didn't fix it. I was hoping a longer drive would give it time to sort itself out.
I already have a service appt. for tomorrow to get a tire replaced. I'll see if they have any ideas. |

Same issue here... Channel list reflects new lineup but presets list is blank and can't store new presets. Tried the soft reset and signal refresh to no avail.

Any fix yet? I have the same issue with the presets since the update. Called Sirius (what a mistake).

I had the same problem on my 135 and just by chance I grabbed the spare key and the 12 presets were functional. After I reset a few channels, I swapped back to the other key and I could use the Sirius presets with it too. Problem solved for me.
Try your other key and make sure to insert it into the slot on the dash.

I tried my spare key and I had the same problem with blank presets. I took the key out, unplugged the MOST connector from the SDARS unit for 10 seconds and plugged it back in. I reinserted the key and suddenly presets were available! I switched back to my primary key and the problem was back. I tried the MOST reset again which brought up presets on the primary key. I thought, "how likely is this to keep working after the CCC shuts down?" and did a manual reset. Back to the same problem.

I had the blank preset screen too but I was able to set my presets. Select the channel. It will bring you to the detailed screen with artist info. Go back, select the channel you just selected and store. Select the slot you want it stored at, then press down the iDrive knob.

I'm having the same issue with the presets. I've tried a few different methods but nothing to get it to save, with either key.
I'm tempted to unplug the sat radio, but don't want to mess with the hardware, yet. Anyone have success in the last day? |

I think I found the winning combination. I unplugged the Sat tuner for 10 seconds (until the red optical light from the MOST ring turns off) and then plugged it back in. Then turned on the car, saved presets in EVERY location (all 12) remembering that before the switch any unused presets were set to CH1 (Hits 1) which doesn't exist anymore. Now this has been working for me all weekend.

By the way the Sirius module is located in the trunk and is accessible by pulling out the removable carpet thing in the middle of the trunk liner. The module is on the left hand side of the floor tray (at least in my 07 E90). No screws required for access.

I turned my car on this morning and figured I would check, just for laughs, and all my presets were back. Can't explain a thing, though I won't be surprised if they disappear again when I leave.
