That's VERY nice to know that a tuned N54 that has been DRIVEN is holding up so well. You must be meticulous with keeping up on your basic maintenance and taking good care of her. I'm almost at 50k on my original fuel pump and tuned since 2007... So I'm really happy to see yours doing so well.

Congrats Mr5.
To the rest of the skeptics, there is absolutely no reason why not to keep the 335i long term. I bought mine with the intention on driving it for years to come! The engines are bullet proof as everything inside is forged. HPFP? We have 10 year warranty and even then it is just s $260 part. Turbo's failing? You can buy the stockers for cheap now. Heck, in the next 1-2 years we will have affordable turbo upgrades. I bought my 2008 335i in July of 2009. It was used with just 3,520 miles on it. Mint condition. Did not even qualify for CPO due to the low mileage. I paid off the loan in full last month. So guess what? I still have 1.5 years remaining of factory warranty on a car that requires no car payment. The way I see it, the longer I keep my 335i the lower the total cost of ownership will be!

Great timing! I tried to do that with the 49,999 - 50,000 jump but wasn't paying attention.

I didn't care about resale value the day I bought it I just wanted a fun car, that had a little bit of lux, to tinker with.

Yah, I really was thinking about it but I know that whatever else I get, there's a good chance that I will miss this car more, so I just figured that i would drive it to the ground.

what's most impressive to me...aside from the mileage...is that this car has been fully modded/aggressively tuned/track driven for many miles...and is still performing beautifully. this gives me some confidence that the car will remain strong for as long as i intend to keep it(assuming maintenance etc is kept up as required). <just broke 16k on my 08'>
