OK, so tax is somewhere in the region of $1200. Looks correct.

The numbers don't add up for me. Your up front costs are about right but the CA is using a money factor of 0.000625 which is half the buy rate.

I would get this in writing since it could well be a mistake on the CA's part.

I still think the negotiated price is too high. If you can lower that and keep the (apparent) MF, it would be a sweet deal.

I just thought I would ask the "experts" here for opinions.
At the end of the day $434 is around $40 less than my current lease, so I am more than happy to pay less this time around
just do it man.........pull the trigger!

much appreciated
Lot's of IF's here.......................

From the information you provided, the numbers do not jive at all. I ran the numbers using published rates and my figures came up approximately 40.00 more per month. I think the difference lies in the selling price. In order to get to 434.00 per month, you would have to discount the car an additional 1400 dollars or so.

Having said all that, if your lease terms are 434/mo (including taxes) with just incepts due at signing(ie first payment, security deposit, bank, admin and dmv fees), I think you negotiated a fine deal.

Best Regards,
JoeS

I did the same thing with the same findings. I don't know why the deal would be done this way but I think $434 with no CCR is a good deal.

Ok, so my 335i sedan on order is white with black leatherette interior

only options are steptronic and aluminum trim lol.

my actual payment is more than the thread starter's payment per month. (mine will be 465 a month). but it was only 1800$ due at signing instead of 2550. i dont know how much the down payment is.

this is the deal i got at habberstad bmw on Long Island

thanks

PS if u make total due at signing 2550 i think the payment would be less than 435? am i wrong?
