He charges $100 an hour for the dyno or $75 for three runs.
So he's basically charging $175-200 for the install.
That's not too bad but it is a bit pricey considering it takes only about 15-20 minutes to install. Total time to install and dyno is around 45 minutes.

are you claiming you beat a 997 GT3 in your 335i? LOL funniest shit i've read in awhile.

i know our cars are fast and all but i know for a fact they aren't that fast

I'm guessing it was a "base" 997 911 Carrera with GT3 body kit.
Even with a PROcede, our cars will barely, if at all hang with a 997 Carrera S.
They trap in the 112+ mph range and hit 60 in the low 4's.

Heck a strong running 996 S will give a PROceded 335i all it can handle.

The List:

1. Jthurs
2. kujo
3. SfValley335i
4. SoCal335i
5. Muvaside
6. Luderule

I agree with a lot of what everyone is saying so let me see if we are all in agreement.

-A group install is most important - As far as dynoing goes we don't really care.
-We would like the new PROCEDE with updated map v1.3 and the map switcher

I emailed Calvin, hopefully we can work something out with Shiv, Calvin, etc. so that we can make this happen. Because I do really want the Procede but I do not want to snap ecu clips and make even worse errors that could potentially damage my car. Also I am excited about the map switcher and new maps they are doing and would love to get those installed as well.

those times are even better with their automatic transmission, thought it was weird when I saw nothing but manual transmission GT3'S on the lot.

I know, I was just joking about tonight. Is anyone else in for the group install? So far we have 6 people. Also, since we don't really need a shop with a Dyno anymore, does Shiv or anyone have an suggestions of where we should have it?

I do want a before/after dyno.
It's not being 'tuned', but I want to know what my car is putting down.

Jthurs - find out if Dan Harman is willing to give us a better price than 275 for dyno and install . We should also try to find out where everyone in the group lives around .Maybe we can find a closer place , just a thought . I'm in Stevenson Ranch (Santa Clarita valley 91381) .

I'm in Los Angeles, I know of places in the Valley and in Los Angeles, where is Dan Harman located?

I hear the map switcher with bluetooth remote controller might not be ready for 6-8 weeks. I will wait because this feature sounds sick!

Where is everyone else? What do you guys think? I'd love to get one off the first line of bluetooth procedes produced!!!!
