Just too the car for a proper drive and the stearing wheel shakes like mad at between 40-70 mph
I have been back to the guy who fitted and balanced it and they said that one of the wheels has a slight buckle and are all perfectly balanced? The have put loads of weights to balance the alloys and he said he was supprised that he had to add soo many weights and previously thought the wheels were refurbs What do i do? Il post a pic of the weights |

Stunning!
Sorry to hear about the buckle. From whats been said on this forum,Mark is a nice bloke(i've had no dealings personally),so you should get some good customer service from his company. I would swap the wheels with your old ones and give him a call on monday, before it could be argued that you may have caused the damage yourself ie potholes etc. It may seem melodramatic, but if you was to have a minor mishap with another of the wheels in the interim,it builds up a picture that in the long run, could work against you. Keep us posted as I will probably be buying the same wheels at some point |

yeh iv only drove the car today an covered about 10 miles (stockton to middlesbrough and back, all on the A66) and noticed the vibration, il try to take a pic of all the weights on the alloys. i dont belive that they are refurbed because the finish on all wheels was perfect. il call him on monday and ask for his advice as people on this forum say that he has alot of knowlege about BMWs. I wonder if he is on the forum??? also he is soo farr away, im wondering if somehow he knows a reputable company in this area that could see the wheels themselves to determin the problem as it could be anything
