Damn! I think its more the dealer, mine had the names of the GM. Maybe the dealer is keeping yours lol and giving it to friends

but try call BMW, I wouldn't be surprise if they say "you should have gotten it" then there is something fishy going from the dealer side.

when i went i said i would be buying two cars one 3 series and one x3 or x5 but the second one later on. when i bought the e90 they gave me the free jacket and t shirt i guess for incentive to come back and buy the other one.
when i went back for the second e90 (3 years later lol) the same sales rep was so happy he gave me a wallet.

MB Canada did send me an anniversary gift - some passport wallet thing.
