You should just adjust the actuator rod.....That way, it'll be better with or without a tune.....

Mr.5 has a DIY for that.

I think MOST wastegate rattles are from the rear turbos, no?

not sure that i really need to, here is a sound clip. update I switched to the 91 octane (not the ACN) and still sounds great.
