Man, it's like when you're on a long car trip and you get to the fold in the center of the map and you finally get to turn the page and it feels totally fantastic like the end is in sight even though really you're only half way there but who the hell cares because dammit you've turned that first awful page that you will swear on the life of your firstborn was roughly seven million miles but really you only crossed half of Pennsylvania and now you're on the last page and you'll be there any moment when in reality you have many hours or in this case days to go. But damn, that's a good feeling!

Whew.

Anyone else heard the rumor, or is someone able to confirm/refute, that VPC NY is severely backed up because the horrible rains that hit the region caused a lot of flooding and workers weren't able to keep things moving?

This would be bad should it prove true.

Hey trust me, I hope I'm wrong. I've been following threads for UNDINE as it is about 1 day ahead of us. Last report was it was held up in Halifax for a variety of reasons and is now behind schedule for NY. Thankfully we don't have that to contend with!

Maybe Orient's post indicates that we are getting UNDINE's space at the autoport since it's stuck in the Great White North!

Nah I'm flying up to Jersey to pick it up at the dealership. I got a great deal through someone my family knows there, so that's why it was worth it (along with a $9 SpiritAir special ticket

Gotcha, well I don't think we should have any problems since we're still a good day out from NY. As long as my car is at the dealer by the 6th I'll be happy
