Why dont you want to call your CA?

because my dads buying me the car.. (i was planning on never saying that ) because i know ppl are gona make fun of me in many ways.. but i had to now.. and i dno how to call them my dad has all the papers and everything.. and my dad didnt go to the dealer and buy it himself.. one of his friends did it for us.. so i dno who my CA even is..

seems to me like you guys are used to having people do things for you!!! You cant do any tracking until you get some info on the vessel...

If you know which dealership the car was purchased at... Im pretty sure any one of the CA's can look it up

and click on cargo tracking/auto cargo.
It does take up to 48hrs after departure, so if you want to find out sooner, call your CA and ask him for the name of the ship.

So you don't even have the VIN or production#?...wow, that sucks.

Without that info, it will be almost impossible to track your car with any certainty. Why don't you just ask your Dad for the info that you need?

NO NO., i have vin and production.. i called 1800 number.. in transit.. and bmw site sais EN route.. been tracking it for a while.. but since its on a ship now.. i wanna be able to track the ship...

You should be able to get it from the CA.. they have all of this information. Ask your dad to call, im sure he'd be interested in sharing the excitment of tracking the car with you...

Let's see, you actually didn't order the car, don't have any paperwork on it, you want a total stranger to give you information on a vehicle that another dealership sold, you've been badgering the forum for answers that we can't possibly give you......

It sounds like you have real communication issues between you and your father since the easiest way to get the answers to your questions would be to talk to him, but with every post, you seem to avoid that advice.

I hope you and your Dad can come to terms with whatever issues you have.

i have no problems with my father.. and i do have a copy of the paper they give with the production number.. and all the options you got at stuff.. but like i said.. my father dosnt know it ither.. were buying it through his friend.. w.e its ok .. forget tracking it ill jsut wait.. thanks every1
