I was tempted by these a while back - newish 272ps ones were 12k at the time.

Great choice Steve, Had one before my tourer and loved it. The intake sound inside the cabin is awesome and you might not need a performance intake, just get a performance exhaust and you will be laughing.

Just make sure there isn't any creaking noise in the cabin and the front tyres are good as they suffer from outer shoulder wear.

ill listen out for the creaks, tbh though i have a real hatred for suff like that as it drives me mad.

our mini suffers wife the same tyre problem..


I prefer induction noise to exhuast noise, but ill check them both out

Nice one! I drove a 130i M-sport for a couple of months and it was a rip-roarer. In fact often felt as if it would rip it's tyres clean off the rims, loved it!

Nice choice.

Tony can probably give you a few ways to spend money on it. The "standard" one he had for the last Peak District run sounded rather interesting.
