I thought it first has to go to the prep center (could take a week or so) and then to the dealer. I don't know

She's off tracking for some time! It looks like I am the only person obsessed with the Liberty's arrival. Anybody have info regarding whereabouts? My guess is in Baltimore currently. AIS live does not show her. My OCD is out of control!!!! But, I have been waiting on this freakin car since January!!!!!!!! Pass me the anxiolytics please!

Just curious.
I think it's thru NY. See prior post with an example of a Chicago customer. So, your car may be unloaded! You can also track cargo on 2W site by your VIN and it should state whether or not it has been discharged.

Man...time flies...
Interesting. Looks the Chicago cars go thru both ports. From Google Earth the distance looks fairly similar between Charleston and NY to Chicago. I guess it depends on availability of trucking from each port, number of cars, etc. Nonetheless, enjoy the ride with me to SC. I expect Liberty is docking in Baltimore soon. Access to full AISLive would be nice.

I'm on the Liberty also. According to the cargo tracking using my VIN, it's destination is also Charleston. This is my first BMW so I'm getting anxious.

Well, she's lost again. Anybody have whereabouts? Accorrding to 2W the ship left Baltimore yest, but it is not showing anywhere on AISLive between Maryland and SC. Maybe it ventured into the Bermuda Triangle?? It will probably arrive on scheduled date 5/5 in SC. Port of Charleston still shows 5/5 EDA. I had hoped early arrival since she was early into NYC. TORTURE AT THE END!!!!!!

My car was on the Liberty (discharged in NY), and from BMW's Owner Circle's website, I see that it's at the VPC!! I hope this means that I get my car early next week!

Well, I found the Liberty this AM just of the coast of Virginia, hopefully headed to SC, but now it's not appearing on AISLive. Must be GPS or program glitch (public service access). Anyway, hopefully looks like arrival as scheduled. Damn long wait. I don't know if I would do this again!

Thome22,

Keep posting updates, I am exactly one week behind you on the Courage, going to TX. I can get a good estimate on when to expect delivery. Thanks in advance.

No sign of the Liberty. I guess she's in stealth mode. I am getting seasick! Pass the scopolamine patch please or I may jump overboard!

The Liberty is not on AISLive. 2W site has arrival a day late now. Sucks!

Kinda strange. Shows arrived and departed Charleston on 5/5, but then shows Charleston again for 5/6 arrival. Weird. Why would it show two Charleston dockings?

I hope you're right, but the port shows no Liberty docked (updated Q30 min) today as of current. AISLive shows no boat. WTF????????

I agree. After reading the Patriot thread (right before Liberty) it looks like 7-10 days. There were 2 people - one in MI (mdirosa?) and another in CO (fv17?) who received their cars about a week later. Not bad.

Mine was unloaded also...4 more weeks for PCD.

This wait is going to kill me.

In my case, yes. It seems like PCD is getting pretty popular these days and the dates fill up fast each month. I was hoping for a late May PCD but June 8th was the earliest date they offered. I was also trying for a Friday pickup date which is one of the more popular requested day. FYI, I ordered my car at the end of February this year. Every review I read about PCD is extremely positive so I'm sure it's worth the wait.

I really need to go to bed...
