I'm sure it's awesome, but for how much and does it come already painted? Besides the availability issue, those were my other considerations when choosing a rear lip spoiler.

From what we've seen so far, I think most would agree that the Hartge Rear Lip Spoiler is the nicest looking (although it's still not available), but it's rather expensive and doesn't come painted (so that's another $150 on top of the cost of the spoiler itself). Again, I'm sure the Vorsteiner rear lip spoiler will be sweet, but many ppl have other considerations as well. Just my $0.02.

I see your point. Availability and cost are issues, but from my own perspective, I much rather wait and put something I thought that was nice, rather then settle for what was available at a certain time.

I am sure the Hartge spoiler will be become available. It is a matter of can you wait. I agree that the spoiler you have is a deal for it to come painted, but I have seen the vorsteiner spoiler and I think I was very impressed with the lines and the flow of the spoiler.

What you pay for is what you get as I am seeing with the whole Felix Europassion GBs going on. Sure its cheap, but he is over there and we are over here.

I think vorsteiner is expensive but why? Cause they put a lot of time and effort into making their products. That cost money in terms of labor and materials into creating quality product.

You get what you pay for and you buy what you like. the end of it all, the product will speak for themselves and we will have our opinions about them

I get your point, and I agree to a certain extent. I think the Vorsteiner spoiler will be right there with the Hartge, and many ppl will jump on it while others won't go for it and will opt for a more cost effective solution...it's all about priorities and personal opinion. For me, I don't think I "settled" at all just b/c I couldn't wait; I think this spoiler fits just right...for me. I also didn't want the hassle of getting it painted, and no, I didn't want to wait any longer...I've been doing that since Nov., '06, and I all but gave up on getting a rear lip spoiler! Plus the fact that I've spent plenty already...just look at my sig.

agreed. I apologize that I implied that you "settled," I have always stood by that "if you like it then go ahead and you put it on your car to you. The car is for you, why put things on it to appease others.

I was just thinking the same thing to myself. We need a CSL trunk or spoiler for the e92.

One will be available as soon as the New M3 is realeased. The M3 and 335i share the same trunk lid. I don't know if I can wait that long or want to pay for a BMW spoiler, especially if it doesn't come painted. I would go for the CF type that is available on the E90 sedan if it were available on the coupe.

I'm not gonna lie, it looks pretty sweet. It's gonna be pretty popular at bimmerfest. Better than the spoilers we've seen thus far IMO

Caught a sneak peak of E92kits spoiler as well and that looks pretty nice too.

Bimmerfest this year is gonna be HOT!
