Ok genius, instead of being a know it all, why not post up some pertinent information? They do not plea bargain in NYC traffic courts. You may come in with 3 tickets, get 2 dismissed and be found guilty of one. That doesn't mean they will take your 85 in a 50 and lower it to a 65 in a 50. There is no plea bargaining in the CITY courts. Going out to long island and other counties, they do, but not in the whitestone traffic court. Have information I don't? Feel free to post it. Otherwise, keep your snide comments to yourself.
