It's coming right along. Still on track. But need more volunteers to help out. We can make it a car wash meet.

Permission to post this over to the gang at VWVortex? I know they would be interested.

I'll bring the Ducati instead of my car - it would be more fun to watch them wash a bike anyways - and less paint for them to screw up

I'm in!

I wish my GM would let us use our dealership - but ladies in Bikini's might cheapen the "highline car dealer" feel Ah well - I'll ask him anyways.

No problem, permission granted. LB BMW...I know a mechanic there...Hep (?) I think, he suffered some burn injuries and is a performance driving instructor. Great guy.

BTW, a buddy at my job site is also looking into his bike group to help out. My impressions so far are that bikers are more into this. Thats fine with me! Again, this is Bikini Motor Wash...no favortism.

Bikini outfit is not necessary. Hot pants, shorts style is acceptable. I only envision that the girls will do 1st rinse and soap the windows, the rest will be done by us professional car washers.

As this progress, I may be able to get a portable spotless rinse unit at the wash so no drying needed.

Spotless rinse is a lock! Yes... It's a portable rinse unit (Industrial grade) we can use for a day to wash on the first and the final rinse. These things are used at new car dealerships, for example. The water dries spot free.

Big Thanks to Ionics Ultrapure Water.

Lost my non-profit foundation...they cannot accept money raised publicly...unless a permit is filed with the particular city.

Any needy organizations out there that can use a few hundred bills?? Youth baseball team, pet thing, elderly cause?? No political orgs please.

What about raising the money for the Coble parents who lost their 3 Children in a semi-tractor trailer accident last week?

Need your opinions now. Can possibly (90+%) do it at a "Club" called Sugarwalls on Anaheim St. in Long Beach. Will have the girls but the location is very industrial. The club is more upper scale, so I hear, but will not get too many cars off the street for business. It will have to be some wide reaching promotions to get the thing going.

EF1 on the other hand, is kinda small and off the main street. I will do a recon mission this week and scope it out.

As for the benefiting org., I'm not sure if the Coble's will appreciate how this money was made. You know what I mean? Don't want to bring any (perceived) negative attention to their loss. Default org can always be the Red Cross or Salvation Army or something like that.

Garage List
I feel that the Red Cross or Salvation Army is getting plenty of donations already. I think we should reach for a little smaller organizations instead of orgs that everyone is already contributing to. What do you think???

Good. Give me an organization, contact name, number, and I'll call them up and see if it is ok for me to give them money. Simple.
