I never suffered from throttle closures like you did, but these latest 6 maps are very smooth.

Dude, I am not being a troll. If anything I am posting this GIAC log so that we can compare apples to apples. Obviously Cobb is making more power and more torque than GIAC with meth. How is this a trolling post?

That's very encouraging! 6 maps? Wow! That's even more interesting...

So theoretically speaking... since you are already running 18 pounds on pump gas; will running meth make that much more power? I imagine a dyno tune with ATR will add 20 or so WHP but that's about it... unless I am completely wrong?

Keeping boost constant, spraying meth will allow more much more aggressive timing. I can see another 20-30 gain.

Clap,
Do you know if they put any boost caps? Today I hit 17.6 psi true manifold pressure on Stage 1 and that was at part throttle.

No. I am on the latest stable firmware and 2.03 maps. However, I watch the actual manifold pressure on my P3 gauge which has an independent pressure sensor and it is hooked up to the DV lines.
EDIT: the p3 gauge also has a recall functionality which records max stored value for last 15 seconds. So I am sure it was not my eyes playing a trick on me...

I want to know if Cobb will release a stage 2 + meth map with an aggressive timing curve and more boost up top. I suspect the steep boost drop past 5500 RPM is related to the load target limit, which Cobb will have to address with a rewrite Correct me if i'm wrong.

No worries. Its just a topic discussed a lot with it generally boiling down to fanboys going at. Both have their str and weaknesses. Just search the n54 section for cobb/procede/jb4/giac and you will find a lot of threads to read various opinions.

Lol, if I had the knowledge both from a tuning, technical and software engineering standpoint, I would create my own software and tune this mofo to my specs... but given everything available this seems closest to that.
