I also cannot get the IJE0S maps......Hope its resolved soon. Of course this happens when I have nothing to do right now.

Also, are you guys keeping both the box checked for beta version under the options tab?

THANK YOU! Much respect!

EDIT:
Are we supposed to uninstall/reinstall the AP tune from the ECU, or just reflash the new calibrations?

Hmm. So what map does one use if they are FBO and can only get 91 octane in California? Not very clear from the definitions

update the AP with new firmware then download the map you want and upload to the car, maybe 5 minutes. The linear throttle is nice with the sport map.

IJE0S was my fault. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I accidentally had an uppercase where there was supposed to be a lowercase.

This latest firmware is not a beta. Uncheck Beta in options and then click update.

Thanks,

Gary

Thanks for the updates/support COBB team. I just downloaded the IJEOS version and didn't have an issue putting these new maps through the COBB AP Manager. However, under the IJEOS calibrations tab, it still will not allow you to download the Stage0 IJE0S v301 or Valet IJE0S v301 maps. Will take the car for a spin tomorrow morning to see which map I'm going to stick with!

I am able to load the new maps to the AP Manager now. Unchecked beta version under options tab. However in the updates tab the release notes history still shows that aug 10 2011 is the most recent update.

Hmm, AP manager isn't automatically updating my Accessport with the new maps after updating the firmware. I8A0S is available on the site but I only see v300 on the manager.

1) You have to manually download the v301 maps from the calibrations tab on COBBs site.
2) You then use the AP manager to upload the new v301 maps to your COBB AP handheld unit.
3) Plug your COBB AP into the OBDII slot -> tunes -> then choose the map of your choice

Any explaination of the difference between the "Alt. Throt. v1" and the "linear" maps though? I guess I will try Linear first, but I know alot of us are wondering how the different throttle maps changed.

Have the same problem. Stuck "Updating" and final useful message of "error ocurred".

What worries me is that the standard COBB response to these kind of problems is that the cable may be going out.

Already tried another cable and computer. I just hope my AP does not need to be sent in with the crappy limp prone v3.00 map still on my car.

I have also tried multiple computers and cables. I have tried two different Macbooks and my ECU is I8A0S. Anything common between the three of us having this issue?
