That's fine for point by with NCRC. Just let Luke or Dave know your times and that you have driven in Point By groups before. If they have room I bet they move you into point by or at worst check you out in a session then move you up.

I went last year and it was totally awesome. Just be careful/don't rush it and read a book beforehand on the track/watch video. You don't have to be the stig

Bump to see if anyone else has signed up.

Also, I looked at my video/data from last year around this time. Looks like I was hitting about 2:03.2 with a very conservative (5/10ths) by the end of my first day. You'll be fine!

Remember look at the oak tree at the top of the carousel . Instructor is a good idea if it's your first time. I think the Norcal Shelby Club has a great primer on Laguna: http://www.norcal-saac.org/ot/laguna.pdf

Things are pretty foggy here today, a bit of moisture from this. Going out on my first session in a bit and will try to gather more data as the day progresses. Should be a good time!

Still need to upload Stage 0 maps. I will also download 7-29 maps so that if Stage 0 is too aggressive, I'll revert to the older tunes with boost capped at 12psi.

Anyone else spending the night?
What Nittos are you on? I've gone through a couple sets of each, and My good friend is the Ryan, who owns the Gates311 /Nitto Tires Evo X..... would definitely have some tips for pressures and temps. What does your car weigh? What spring rates? Camber? Toe? Ride height? etc.
