Codes are as follows P2DED | P30FC | P30FF

It always throws the "engine malfunction" light after 6-10 seconds of hard acceleration. If you restart the car, everything seems fine.
2DED Power management: quiescent current
violation

30FC Exhaust fume turbocharger, Density - Turbocharger, boost pressure too low

30FF:
30FF Exhaust fume turbocharger low side

I think its prolly hardware and not tune related

The light comes on around 6-8 seconds in.

Check your vacuum lines to see if there're brittle or cracked.

I am very confused. I have left my AP connected to my car the past two weeks. From what I can remember, it always shut off with the car. Last night it did not shut off and it stayed on the entire time. I now have this P2DED code. Is it true that the AP cannot clear this code? If so, is there a way to implement a code clear for this in the future? Thanks.

I'm surprised that your AP shut off with the car, mine never does.

Mine does not shut off, its just goes into a "cannot find ecu screen"

Can someone post a diagram of the vacuum line so I can check it. (going to go search now)

I would take a close look at the lines in that last picture. Take off the engine cover and really inspect them, those are the ones that are usually at fault. They do look a little frayed and might just be your culprit...those are the ones that usually go.

GREAT PICS by the way, very clear and detailed.

A BT tool or the dealer or your independent BMW mechanic should be able to clear that code for you.

I would retighten all your connections in your engine bay. Check these connections:

From turbos into Intercooler piping, from Intercooler piping into Intercooler, from Intercooler into charge pipe piping, and the charge pipe piping all the way to the throttle body. Also check diverter valves.

If everything seems perfectly tight then you need to replace your vacuum hoses one at a time, beginning with the areas prone to breaking.

You need to use a scalpel and cut them off. Just make a longitudinal cut and they will come off.

If you try to pull you will break the nipples (TWSS).

i'd check the chargepipe/dvs. if those are good, i'd check all the piping to and from the intercooler.

Edit: why dont you uninstall the cobb and see if it still limps?
