we already discussed this in pm. the immediately part goes out the door when you want me to once again take the bulbs out and then ship them out meaning i have to install the oem ones until i get another pair of bulbs. meaning this process could take more than a week. if anything shipping me another set of bulbs with a return stamp so i can send out the bad ones sounds way more resonable so i dont have to keep doing this remove/install crap 50 million times. like i said. not everyone has alot of time on their hands.

as a buyer, you're being very unreasonable. It's only fair for the seller to have a look at the defective bulbs in question before shipping you another pair.

if you only knew the whole story... i've pm'd him over 10 pics of the bulbs showing the defective part of it... its not that they dont light up.. the light emitted from one bulb is blurry and not as bright as the other.. no i didnt touch the bulbs. they are cloudy in the middle bubble part and have spots in them. i have to swap the bulbs left and right to make sure it wasnt the projector for him as well. i can post the pics later on tonight..

what kinda whole story the problem is very very very simple I mailed u product that did not work .I am willing to exchange the product at MY expence . you are very complicated bc you dont want to return bad product !!!you just want me send you a new one. PLEASE give WAL MART a call and see if customer can exchange items without returning the old one and so I ll send you new one too without you returning old one

i said it would be easier for me and save time if i got a set of good bulbs to swap so i dont have to swap it another extra time to put the stock ones in until these other bulbs come in and then do it again... when did i ever say i wasnt going to return your bulbs back? what do i want with them to begin with.. re-read my pm's... i said it would save alot of time if you sent a good working pair with a pre-paid return address so i can replace the bulbs just once and ship these ones out... thats not hard to understand.

the same happened to me. i didnt buy from the GB but i bought from HSU's source and i had a defective bulb. the guy wouldnt replace it for me until i sent back the defective one he sent me. and i had to pay for shipping back to him. i agree thats pretty unreasonable. but what i did was i left the wheel well off until the bulbs came in.

who care you bought bulbs from ...if someone buy your wheel and got some problem which mean you will go ahead send a set of spare wheels to the buyer and with returning stamp so thats reasonable right!!!!
