Nope... Methanol Flow % signal comes directly turbine rpm in the flow meter just upstream of the valve. So it is indeed actual flow. Not to be mistaken for Methanol Injector DC% which is the duty cycle of the valve.

To answer your question you should really data log with the procede reader or get an external boost gauge as its more accurate. It's hard to tell what psi your boosting with the hi jacked gauge read out. While it quite a novelty item it's not accurate. IMO from your video your car is performing quite well and looks as fast as hell. I would not worry about it at all.

Like I stated it will be hard to determine the exact boost psi your running with the fuel gauge moving all over the place. Best bet to answer your concerns is to log with Procede reader.
