Always nice to have hook-ups

Myself on the other hand, I'm going to be nervous taking mine in for service especially since I'll be moving shortly and having to change dealerships.

I was supposed to be testing early beta software this week but the surprised visit to the dealership robbed us of our test car. I am told that I should get my car back tomorrow which means that we can get back to initial testing this weekend. If all goes well, I expect to give the new software files to the beta folks early next week and see what they have to say

I suspect we'll be in beta trials for at least another 3-4 weeks so don't expect the new goods to be implemented into the PROcede too soon. As far as I can tell right now, the v2 update will be free to all PROcede users. The price of the PROcede, however, will go up a bit once v2 is officially released.

Cheers,
shiv

Sounds good Shiv. I don't get my car til July, so I can definitely wait.

Can you point me to where there is a discussion of the differences you expect between v2 and the current version? I know you probably can't speak to specifics, but I'm interested in knowing what are you trying to accomplish with the new version. Are there bugs in the current one to fix? More usable HP/TQ? Better dependability?

There are no bugs with the current version of the PROcede that need fixing. The mail goal with v2 is to improve upon everything it already does. While adding a heap of smarts to go along with it.

probably didn't matter since his car has "VISHNU TUNING" stickered on the car in not so small writing. That probably wouldn't give it away now would it?

My steering wheel lock had a problem at 11k miles. They replaced it over the weekend. I had to rent a freakin gay red convertable mini from them since all their BMWs were out.

Is that envy I detect or are you just being a PITA as usual?

Somehow it reminds me of the Seinfeld "Soup Nazi" episode..."sorry, Terry (you have the AA XEDE)...NO update for you!"

I'd be disappointed if Terry didn't say "get ready to be disappointed."

Thanks!! I noticed we're both members of the LACR limp mode. How did you run up there? We need to get the socal 335 gang together for another shootout at Irwindale or Fomoso.

New nickname for Terry - "the Procede nazi?" I love it! He is getting better though, it took him a whole 1 1/2 pages of a procede thread before he said anything. That's gotta be a record!
