I called Vishnu and they recommended 2 things:
1. log fuel pressure
2. check/clean vanos solenoid

I will try cleaning the vanos solenoid today.

Update:
I cleaned both Vanos solenoids with compressed air. Followed the DIY on here. As stated in the DIY, impossible to tell the condition of the solenoids by just looking at it. I cleaned it regardless as preventative maintenance and to eliminate a variable.

I did another log once the weather dried. Ambient 47 F. 10psi, 100% ign correction. Still on race gas mix (94-95 octane)
This time I added Fuel Pressure as a log since Robert @ Vishnu recommended that may be one way to tell if fuel pump is on its way out.

Still seeing timing drops.

There is 1 in the first but the 2nd has none. That blip in the 2nd log is not knock. If you had knock ignition would step down 3 degrees and ramp back up overtime like the first log.

Remember this car will lower timing not just from knock. But a knock drop is always like the one you see in the first log.

Looks like you are getting somewhere. Perhaps coils or excessive carbon build up is a problem. How many miles on the car? Are these logs out of 3rd gear?

I would go back to default settings on map 1 and see what it looks like. As you can see your 2nd log looks better and it needs a little time to adapt.

Why did it affect his acceleration(rpm) in the first graph but not the last?

I have 43k miles. No misfires, nor misfire codes. I accidentally swapped the logs. The 1st log is the 2nd run (data file 7) and the 2nd log is the 1st run (data file 6)
