Dude. I absolutely adore your car. That color + yellow calipers + CCW's is perfect. Wow, def one of my favorite cars on here that isn't 25k into mods.

I'm still gushing over your car. Such a smart mix of chrome and black/CF with such an elegant color. I'm so gay for it right now

I spent so many time trying to troubleshoot the surging from my older aFe Pro 5 R that I will steer clear of that product.
For almost the same price, you can go for the performance intake. Maybe not as loud as aFe can be; but is a much more refined sound. Cant wait to hear about the magnum intake. And for those who are concerned about the secondary air inlets; the performance intake also got some. In fact, except from the filter size it uses (PI is a flat panel and aFe is a 6" spherical), I would say its almost a replica.

The website says nothing about wheel hp.
I am interested to see independent testing. Im thinking it is crank hp because if it was wheel hp, the company would be pushing the larger number which would be crank hp either way it is awesome |

Too bad this wasn't around when i bought my tube-type intake... i've since sold that and just stuck with carbon filter delete and K&N filter...
You think K&N makes a cone filter that would fit this? |

IMO, aFe filters looks superior in quality then K&N. This filter is a MASSIVE 6" filter.

I'll make an offer right now. If they send me one to keep for free I'll go out and pay for before and after dyno pulls without any kind of tuning. Otherwise, no one is going to believe this intake makes over 10 WHP.

I spoke to AFE earlier today and they informed me that this kit is an improved version and more competitive on the market. As for the sound, it will be much quieter than the older kit, about 10 decibels over the stock intake. They did not comment anything about the surging problem that most people in here experienced with the older kit. They quoted me $470 out the door for this new kit. I'm sure you can get it for around $430 on ebay.
