If that is just the bumper skin and the rest of the retrofit stuff is needed then that isnt a good deal. Might as well go OEM bumper skin. Most likely, they just molded the OEM bumper so to do the retrofit 100% you will need the ducting and stuff. Some member believe that the ducting is unnecessary. It's true that you can force fit the bumper without all the components but there wont be adequate air flow to the brakes and such.
