I have 14% reflective tint, which is basically Limo tint all around or equivalent to 5%. I also have 50% on the front windsheild which is like a 35% i think (see profile for pics). NO pullover yet, but I usually just roll down my windows if one is nearby. And I would say the cops in my area are pretty anal about these little things.
In terms of visibility, daytime is fine. Night time... you have to rolll down your window sometimes to turn onto oncoming traffic. I kind of regret getting such dark tint, but I drive a batmobile... so it makes up for it.
