Do you still have this setup? How do you like it over time?

I've read of many people getting tired of it and adding their muffler back. For whatever reason, yours has just the right amount of rasp. It sounds great in these videos.

Awesome video by the way, done really well.
I know this post is 3 years old, but I'm really curious about a remus exhaust on an E90 N/A-6 motor. Do you still like this setup?

Also, what does the resonator delete do? Leave the sound alone, but just up the volume? I kind of want a stockish sound, just with more volume so that I can hear the motor inside the cabin...

I have a bmw 328i e90 with the bmw performance exhaust. Does this exhaust have resonators or no? Also if I wanted to make the car louder how could I do that? I have a friend with a 335 e92 with a catless downpipe and a muffler delete. It drones very badly to where you can hardly hear each other talk. Let alone hear yourself think. If I wanted to do a muffler delete with the exhaust I have now would my e90 drone as well?

It will only drone when your driving on the highway over 2.5K RPMs, even then it won't be too bad.

1- The PE system has no resonator.
2- Muffler delete on a PE?
I definitely think you should do this- I'll take the junk muffler off your hands.

If I did do the muffler delete how bad of a drone would it make on the inside? A friend of mines 335 drones pretty badly. It only got worse when he went catless.

I can't say, as I haven't experienced a MD on an N52.
However, the MD on our '02 IS300 droned pretty badly, and I vowed to never ever delete a muffler again. Also, people on this forum have reported drone after a MD. Some don't mind it; some hate it.

I have a muffler and resonator delete on my N52 and it doesn't drone that bad. Had it for about 4 months and I'm completely used to the noise.
