UPDATE: Bimmian was very helpful and nice about my situation. They have agreed to send me a new set of fog lights to replace the curent ones. It seems the H11 socket in my particular set on one side was machined incorrectly.
I am very happy with their response to my matter. |

Yea noticed that. Use a number 3 phillips and go slow. Also adding some oil to the threads prior to install allows the adjustment screw to spin freely but not loose enough that they will change over time.

Actually got held up with the completion of this. I have not yet ordered a new HID kit but will be most likely soon. The cutoff is decent and definitely sharper than stock. I will post photos when I do. Got backed up waiting for the new housings and stuff.

Sorry guys missed that last one. I never ended up buying another HID kit. They did send me a second set of fog lights that had the proper cut outs for the bulbs. Here is my honest opinion of them after having them quite a while.
1)Light output is about half that of the stock housing with the same bulbs 2)The screws were crappy as per my original post 3)They are overpriced and should be about $75 4)They have held up fine, and do look far better than stock in my opinion 5)Definitely will need an HID kit for functionality if you enjoy having fog lights that work. 6)If you still want to buy them I would point them to this thread or call and verify that they send you a set with the proper machining for the bulb mount. They have a sharp cutoff, look good, but don't put the light out in front of the car as well as stock. Let me know if any other specific questions. |

Great, thanks RP.
I do already have HID bulbs that disperse light everywhere right now. these might be what I need seeing how there isn't many other options out there.

Yea they def would have a much better cutoff and the extra lumen from being HID should be the perfect combo. I just never got around to ordering another set.
