Great numbers. Why is 20psi your cap for this turbo?

So 19psi is already at 30% short term fuel trims with PWM meth ON? Unless you add more meth volume in there you think you'll have more fuel to run more boost? You've got about 3-4% left in short term fuel trims the way it is right now in that second graph..what's the plan for more fuel?

Dzenno-- I'm going to answer your questions. Then I'm going to ask you stay out of my threads. But I'm trying to keep this thread informative and on-topic for others who actually want (and are willing) to learn.

Here is an STD and UNCORRECTED results. As I already told you, they are the same. Here is proof:

Open fuel fueling changes with boost pressure. So if I raise boost, I will not necessary see an increase in fuel trims. Also, please note that we are targeting an unreasonably rich AFR right now (as you can see in the dyno graphs). I did this purposely for testing purposes. As any reasonably experienced tuner would do at this stage. If I can make 500whp running an low 11 AFR with +25% trims, I know that simply changing my AFR targets to mid/high 11s will drop trims to the desirable 10-15% range. This is a whole lot easier than revising my entire open loop fueling map once i'm ready to make this change.

Regards,
Shiv

SHIV, if i understand this all correctly this is a standard procede controlled DME and the only thing "special" is the manifold, turbo and associated piping.

So, why has every other single turbo build failed? I mean after seeing all the builds from reputable companies vanish without explanation i would think someone would've been here already if all it takes is the PROCEDE. I'm not trying to be sarcastic or an ass or anything like that, i am genuinely curious as to what the other guys missed. Any insights are appreciated greatly.

Ohhh, and congrats on pushing this platform to the next level

Well, damn. Between this, and HPF's kit, it's looking really good for the N54 community. Can't wait for this to get finalized and make some truly epic numbers on the dyno.
Way to go Shiv and team!!
