ok so for 325i with 3 stage manifold, you can update the DME programming to a 330i version and it will yield 275 as stated above?

and

how bout a 325i with out a 3 stage, can you update the DME programming to a 330i version? and how much will this yield? 255?

yes a 325i 3 stage conversion runs the 330i software.
no it wont work just running 330 software without the manifold swap. All the software does is enable the 3 stage manifold to work properly which is the source of the gains.

Any ETA on when the dyno's will be poster? Also, how much is the MYGENIUS? The tune is $329.

the 330i dyno should be in by this weekend.

the others we need to locate and possibly re-dyno because files got mixed up and mislabeled.

ok thanks for the info. i asked because AA can do the flash to 330i with out the 3 stage manifold and apparently achieved 330i hp. was wondering if this is also possible with your tune...

I'd like to see some hard data on that, it doesn't seem possible because if it was just a software issue then ALL of the tuners out there would be offering it at a premium - you're talking about a 40-60hp gain from an NA engine tune, that's unheard of out of an I6 motor (maybe a V10 or V12 can do it). It's been known that the limiting factor in a 325i N52 was the intake manifold - swap it and you have a 330i motor which makes more power.

Again, if AA can tune a 325 to 330 numbers without swapping it then I'd like to see some dyno data on that. This is a 6 year old car - if it was possible it would have been discovered by now and more people would know about it.

i was just informed by AA that it's possible. Not too sure if it's exactly same 330i hp but i think it was close to it... again, i was only informed. read the AA thread and you will see what i was talking about....

Well to be honest. We had 1 330i who got tuned go dyno but he wasn't able to baseline before he got tuned so you can't really see the gains over stock, just what his car makes after the tune.

Our shop is being relocated after some bad flooding back in Feb, they are still working on it and because of that we aren't running at 100%. I am going to dig around and make sure we don't have any before/after dynos lying around. If not we will have to try to get a few more test cars and do it right.

If you guys want to see the previous 330i dyno just let me know and I'll post it.
