I hope this doesn't sound silly, but how would one go about getting the other half replaced? I fall under the category of having had half of them replaced during the pump recall, and I'm wondering if I could benefit from this. But I don't want them to go into full diagnostic mode on it if I say "well I think it could be performing better".
Shiv, did you go to East Bay BMW and just say "replace the other ones so it will run better"? Also, can you recommend an SA there?

I used to flatline on both JB4 and Procede, but this new G5 board and a couple of self-made tweaks has resolved it for me. I used to flatline no matter what the boost level was, so this is exciting news for me.

Reset all adaptations in INPA (some of which can't be done with the Procede or JB4), cleared codes, modified shift damper setting to 20 (default is 5 on JB4). I believe the Procede has a setting for this as well. I'm not even sold on the fact the shift damper setting is the reason why, but it's worth investigating on its own if you do not have a coder to help or INPA.
During initial testing with the JB4 + RBs, I still flatlined going into 4th gear on as little as 13 psi peak. Went to go get some stuff coded and the guy offered to clear all my adaptations as well (thanks onebadmofo) and it appears to have helped. This is only one pull, I will see if it is repeatable after some longer sustained pulls on higher boost. For reference, I would not flatline timing on Cobb only (north of 6500 RPM only), and I would flatline 100% of the time on JB4 and Procede before. Not saying this will help everyone with the problem, but it appears to be a step in the right direction. I've been plagued by this issue for over a year now.
