Hey guys,

I'm planning on getting a new set of Wheels + Tires. Here is the setup I have in mind:

18x8.5 ET35 with 235/40/18
18x9.5 ET35 with 255/35/18

Can I rock the 235's in the front without a problem?

There won't be any problem with the rolling diameter? With that setup, what % will my difference be?

Buddy, it's just that these questions are answered a thousand times, in fact, your question about tire size is answered in this thread, which is not that long.

Look at the tires you want on Tirerack.com. Compare sizes. Michelin's measure different than Continentals, etc, etc. You have to do the work. There's no shortcuts, no one can make your decisions for you.

I swapped the 265 to 275 and no more issues. I suggest you do the same.

Yup, low Rpm shifts are smooth like before. No more of the cutback feel

That's great news. I was actually doubting it was the cause. Thanks.
