I posted a while back when i dove my car with the Gen 2 on it fully cat less of course with the single mani. I really can't stress enough how Perfectly deep, powerful and crisp this exhaust is. Once you guys ride in it or hear a good clip or in person, its game over. You will want one.

Enjoy it man.

PS: everyone can thank me later... I pushed and pushed chris until he put that resonator on it. When the prototype was done and mounted on a car that comes in and out of the shop, he looked at me and said, Is that better? I just gave him the look like, yes dude, This one will sell! lol.

Im sorry, I didn't read the quote my mistake, I am in no way a HPF fanboy, I have 0 products on my car from HPF, just get tired of hearing the same BS about getting a custom exhaust without mufflers is cheaper.

Again, sorry

Has anyone actually priced a straight pipe setup with resonators? 3.5 inch isn't cheap.

I'd imagine there would be some savings going custom but then you need to find a shop to actually do it and get 3.5 inch pipe which is not common.

Props to anyone that actually goes that route instead.

Enjoy.... It's a nice looking pipe with a great finish. I did the video with Chris and enjoyed the sound. This pipe is a must have for anyone going to a single turbo.

You'd probably have to go to a shop that works on diesel trucks to get a pipe that big lol.

Unfortunately, it was the GoPro video attached to the trunk lid that made me decide to go with AE instead. The car sounded like a howling lawn mower instead of a nice N54. It appears the louder the exhaust gets, the raspier it is. I can't live with rasp.

Please take a video at a standstill while the vehicle takes off. That way we can really hear what this thing sounds like.

There are like 3 or 4 videos if the exhaust now. 1 of them maybe is with the car in motion.

Between Tk502 and myself, there should be enough Videos to satisfy everyone. I plan on making a 10-30 min review vid of everything and ill also do 3-4 shorter ones.

Haven't seen the pre/post exhaust installed dyno plots yet but we should see many of those "omg" STD butt dyno threads and lots of flyby video clips from Mexico roads soon.

Wishing HPF provides us pre/post dynos instead of relying on third party butt dynos since each butt varies from butt to butt about 15-25 bhp (butt horse powah) bases on personal's liking/bias.

Man, lots of butt in this post...sorry guys.

Negative update: My lift fell through for Sunday I have contacted another friend who might have access to a lift, but for now I'm in "hold" mode. If I can't install it this weekend, I'll have it installed on Monday. I'll keep you guys posted.

I'll fess up and admit I don't have a jack, and honestly would not feel comfortable getting under the car with only jack stands.
