I'm interested in the bumper for my 2011 e90 LCI.

Please just confirm:

1.) That it is 100% fitment and 100% of all necessary equipment needed to install comes with the bumper along with instructions

2.) What choices do we have for the bottom "diffuser" section? The grey/black section? If any at all??

Step Drill Bit (3/4"), buy the PDC mounts from Tischer. Done.

I did the retrofit, no issues.
