you should really focus on logging 1 gear only at a time and make it bigger.... timings looks like crap.

Hard to read as Enrita states.....but it looks like you are hitting 12:1 AF up top.
Seems Ok then.

Like Myst mentioned = flatlining timing there is no fix.

I will be looking at my injectors pretty soon.

See my thread here: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=673636

I was just recently able to fix my flatline timing by lowering boost. Perhaps you are running too much boost for your conditions. I also learned that inlet air temperature can play a large role in my timing curve. With a delta in intake air temperature of just 10degF (90 degF vs 100degF), I can see a big difference on logs.

Well we seem to be running out of theories

Did you figure out why your plug on cylinder 6 was so fouled?

Perhaps that could have been an injector running rich issue

General consensus is a bad valve cover gasket. I doubt it's my injector but I may swap it anyway since they're cheap now.

30 bucks for the gasket, 120 for an injector, sound right?

If it was the valve cover gasket I imagine there would have been some oil pooling at the top of the spark plug and then working it's way down the threads into the combustion chamber area....no

On another note to dispel this theory, I reloaded the latest firmware and default stage 2 map which is running 87% open loop fueling straight from the factory settings and pulled about 3 logs - all with stellar timing post shift.

1 psi higher than what I was running before and getting post-shift drops with.

It was also about 15 degrees warmer ambients tonight too.

So much for the too much boost and heat theory

This is a real stumper

If that's on pump gas only, doesn't look all that bad. You're close to tapped on your fuel trims though. You might want to add a bit more ignition correction as well because you keep dropping timing in the next gear. Can't really say if that timing drop means anything or not because it's only cylinder 1 feedback.

Just a long shot here, but have you tried resetting adaptations ? Doesn't take much time to try and it might actually help.

I believe Ignition Correction is on a 0-200% scale? That's from the Procede V4 days though so I could be wrong on that. If there is a 0-200% scale, you may want to increase IC to 125%. 91 octane is crap.

You are not viewing AFR correctly because your scaling is off. Don't be concerned with AFR during the shift event. It's going to read very rich but it's only for a fraction of a second.

And I suggest leaving your ignition correction alone. If you are running pump gas, it's not unexpected to see a knock retard event towards the top of 4th gear. You can certainly increase ignition correction or lower boost to get rid of it but you will effectively be making your car slower. Either way, the car is running safely and strongly. Sometimes it's a good idea to leave things alone

You have your scaling wrong, Press "P" in the AFR window to change the scaling for something like 10 to 20 and remove the "AutoScale".
