Think it through. NOS will give it the boost , no doubt, for about a minute. Are you running stock with the JB? Map 2 will give it the added boost , think 14-16 lbs, but the car is not breathing right with the added boost.
Think the formula is running the JB with, 93 octane, downpipes , BOV, Intake (the intake gets mixed beleivers, but cant hurt) then you should have that mustang shining your rims. If you really want to squeeze, get the FMIC and Catback. The you can run autotune, think MAP5 to learn the setup and the ECU adjusts after a few pulls. Back to your description, sounds like the stang was breathing right and you did not give the JB/ECU time to adjust at the time , sure you'll get different results in a trained JB/ECU.
