18mm installed and no issues so far.
Looking to go 15mm on front now

Did the OP ever figure this out? Plenty of info and suggestions from other posters....
I would first check torque specs and then if still had the issue remove the spacers to solve by process of elimination. |

Take off the spacers and see if you experience the same feeling at the speeds you speak of. If you don't have problems then maybe the spacers you have are slightly deformed or you didn't properly install them. There's some good directions on BMS's install site.

crudely speaking, adding spacers will push out the wheels, thus reducing the effective spring rate and making the car feel softer. 12mm isn't THAT much really, but the theory exists. Try taking them off and see if it goes away.

Has anyone installed 15mm on front of E90 335i pre lci ZSP. 18" inch Wheels
I was told to use 12mm on front.

I bet the OP didn't get an alignment after installing the new spacers. The geometry of the suspension changed, so he's feeling a pooly aligned/setup vehicle, and that's exaggerated at speed.
