This is the second time you jerkoffs (NBK/E90Company) ruined my post. If your not interested or do not have anything intelligent to say don't bother to post! I know E90Company is like 16 years old. NBK- what's your excuse?

no, i am right.

seeing it from your point of view, you probably only spent about 300-400 on supplies. so your extra money is actually quite a bit.. more than i would be willing to spend (if i didn't have the ability to do it myself) while trusting my car in the hands of people (i don't know) who may not be certified in the work they are performing (maybe your are i don't know).

anyways, it does not make sence. it makes sense.

Actually I've been looking to have this done on my car in Tampa. 400 bucks is a great deal. Indy shops that just get in there with some sort of solvent and brushes are typically charging 500 or more. Walnut blasting IMO is the best way to clean the valves. If you guys were in Tampa I would pay 400 in a heartbeat.

I think the OP spent a bit more than 400 on equipment. A air compressor, water separator, media blaster and media (walnut shells) would cost quite a bit. There is also 3-4 hours of work+cleanup involved.

OP if on the off chance you break something or you make a mistake and walnut shells get in the engine and cause damage, we are on our own?

OP are you recycling the walnut shells?

Glad you reduced your price because at the other price point I was not too interested, at the current price I feel a bit better. Hopefully it's the same when I get a chance to make the trek up there.

There really is not much to break. Maybe lose a nut or screw. I bought extra microfilter screws and engine cover screws. I also bought intake gaskets, but noone has needed them yet. They seem to hold up pretty good. If I break something I will fix it! N0, no recycling of walnuts. I do not see the need since it doesn't use that many. I can guarantee your car will run much better. Hope this helps!

That was an E92 with 63,000. Some of the valves were real dirty, but came out like new.
