Just scored some exhaust gaskets for my downpipes from autozone for $4.38 for both or $1.99 each. These gaskets will work correct? I don't need the metallic looking ones like the AR Bomb-Proof gaskets right?
BTW is anyone s interested in them it is part #9547 |

I need to order gaskets soon for my AR DP's that will be installed this weekend. Are the BMS gaskets any good?

Gaskets are gaskets. You can go to your local NAPA/AutoZone & get the same things for a 1/4 of the price. If you're that worried, just order AR replacement gaskets & if they leak you can bitch at them since you're already using their DPs.

Urgh, I just installed my VRSF exhaust and it blew the metal gasket within a couple weeks. However, I am using stock bolts since my exhaust didn't come with any. How much are the new gaskets and updated bolts/crush washers?

We don't include bolts due to the factory downpipes using studs/nuts rather than bolt and nuts.
E-mail us your order number and we'll send you another set of gaskets |

I guess I'll go ahead and order some bolts and nuts while I'm at it since mine are rusted! Do they come with washers? |

Replaced them again. Within 50 miles they are already leaking again. Should I try using a silicone gasket, or something similar to the AR and BMW gaskets?
