Doesn't the 330i have twin exhausts albeit next to eachother?

I like the wheelbarrow look yes.... and it doubles as a wheelbarrow for you to cart your 30,000 pound coins a year home in

I think the issue for me is that I have never been in a position to change cars when I want to. I've always had company cars, which have been nice, but once you swap you kind of have to see the lease through - or get a new job. I'm ashamed to say it, but I have actually started looking for a new job in the past because I've been bored with my car. Quote:
You are right though .. I'd rather have the 'i' Quote:

I guess my problem is this: 1. I love cars and would ideally want at least 10 of them. 2. I get a really decent car allowance - within which the 330i is financially quite a sensible option. I'm torn between the desire to have a serious performance car and an urge to somehow be sensible and 'share' that benefit with my family. 3. I would love a 2 seater track car, but it is even more of a daft luxury than my 330i. At least I can argue that my 330i is for work - not just for fun. It wouldn't be a downgrade, but I would personally find it less involving to drive. Quote:
Thanks for the advice guys ... I'm starting to think I need a little second car. How do I buy one without my wife noticing though? |

Money isn't that important in the end - and a salary which is (say) triple yours isn't THAT great because the taxman dips in and nicks 40% of it. PS - just checked and my 330i definitely has 2 exhausts |

I think, for you, it would. Unless "a change is as good as a rest". You want something involving and fun and the 335d, to paraphrase Peppernick is the ultimate compromise car. It's not a real sports car, it isn't the smoothest executive car, but it is probably just about the best all rounder you can buy for the money..... but it doesn't sound like that's what you want as you've already 'compromised' in getting a 4 door 330i.

Agreed, and I'd like to nominate Carl as poster of the week - this thread wouldn't have come alive without his input.
